


ABOUT OUR CLASSES.
BUILD — Mondays & Tuesdays
These sessions are designed to build the strong foundations needed to support your body through all elements of fitness. Across each 12-week training block, we focus on one main compound movement and work towards getting stronger and more confident in that particular exercise. Alongside this, we incorporate supplementary exercises to help support performance while sculpting, strengthening, and shaping your body throughout the block.
HYROX — Wednesdays & Sundays
With our Sunday HYROX classes being jam-packed, it was only right that we introduced a midweek HYROX session too.
Wednesdays keep the work indoors, focusing on the 8 official Roxzone stations within HYROX, while Sundays open up the shutters and bring running into the mix for the full HYROX experience.
Designed with everyone in mind, HYROX is perfect whether you’re new to training or looking to push your fitness further. These classes are a great combination of strength and conditioning, with plenty of fun thrown in when working in pairs or teams of 3.
FUNCTIONAL — Thursdays
If you love the barbell or want to improve your weightlifting for CrossFit-style training and events like ATHX, this is the class for you.
Each 12-week block focuses on a particular lift, helping you improve both strength and technique on that movement. Every session finishes with a good old-fashioned WOD, guaranteed to leave you with a sweat on and feeling accomplished.
FLOW — Fridays
If you just want to move, sweat, and feel good, FLOW Fridays are exactly what you need.
The aim of these sessions is to keep you moving continuously for 40–45 minutes through a mixture of strength and conditioning-based exercises. We always finish with 5–10 minutes of mobility and stretching to ensure you head into the weekend feeling good and recovering well.
TEAM — Saturdays
The best way to start your weekend — a big team send.
Working in teams of 3–4, you’ll take on a wide range of workouts that change week to week and incorporate all elements of fitness. These sessions are all about working together, pushing one another to the next level, and building a community of like-minded people who want to better themselves.
